ACER will not enter into appeals against HPAT-Ulster results. Candidates are advised that HPAT-Ulster results are released only after careful calculation and extensive checking.

Requests for remarking will not be considered. Should you have any complaint about a particular question on the day of the test, you should alert the supervisor to your concern and submit a written note before you leave the test centre. Your complaint will be reviewed and you will be notified of the outcome. Similarly, any complaints relating to the testing venue or physical discomfort suffered should be reported to the supervisor on the day, or by email to the HPAT-Ulster Office within seven days of the test administration.

It is not possible to give special consideration for impaired performance on the day of the test caused by illness, misadventure or unexpected personal situations.
